Author Bio

Leddy Harper had to use her imagination often as a child. She grew up the only girl in a house full of boys. At the age of fourteen, she decided to use that imagination and wrote her first book, and never stopped.

She often calls writing her therapy, using it as a way to deal with issues through the eyes of her characters.

She is now a mother of three girls, leaving her husband as the only man in a house full of females.

The decision to publish her first book was made as a way of showing her children to go after whatever it is they want to. Love what you do and do it well. Most importantly Leddy wanted to teach them what it means to overcome their fears.

Leddy Harper led me on an emotional rollercoaster ride and I loved it. Dane pulled at my heartstrings and I just wanted a HEA for him. While out at a local bar just having a beer, Dane Kauffman eyes a unique beauty across the bar. Unable to help himself or the fact that he is drawn to her, Dane saves her from unwanted company and learns a bit about her. Eden Lesley Clare, originally from California, just moved to town to pursue her dream job. She has an interview tomorrow and Dane gives her some friendly pointers to make sure she gets the job. Unbeknownst to him, Eden is applying to be a receptionist at his PR company, Kauffman Investments. Dane believes this position to be a waste of her accounting degree she obtained from NYU and offers a position to be his personal assistant. Dane finds himself drawn to Eden, thinking about her, and wanting to stay in her company for far too long. But he shouldn't care about a woman he just met... oh, no! He needs to think about Gabriella Rio(Gabi), the woman he's loved since 10th grade. But Dane has tried again and again to fix what ails Gabi. Unfortunately, Dane wants to be home and around Gabi less and be around Eden more. This emotional love triangle (AGAIN: emotional, not physical) gave me all the feels for Dane and Gabi and Eden. I've already said too much, I totally recommend this book to anyone who has a taste for angst, a selfless man, a woman pursuing a new life, and a broken woman who needs to be put back together, and a HEA.
