RELEASE TOUR, REVIEW - A Glimpse of the Dream by L.A Fiore

Teagan Harper is barely ten years old when she finds herself orphaned and sent away to live at Raven’s Peak, a Gothic estate on the seaside cliffs of Maine. Soon, though, her heartache and loneliness are tempered by a blossoming friendship with the only other child living at Raven’s Peak: Kane Doyle, only two years older than Teagan and abandoned by his mother. Over the years, the pair grows inseparable. First they’re pranksters and confidants, but eventually their feelings change, and best friends turn into soul mates. On the cusp of Teagan’s departure for a university in Boston, they share a glimpse into their happily-ever-after and make promises of forever. But Teagan and Kane’s engagement and dreams of the future are shattered when Teagan returns home to find Kane gone from Raven’s Peak—and living with someone new. Devastated and heartbroken, Teagan cuts ties with her beloved adoptive home and tries to move on with her life. But years later, when the shocking truth behind Kane’s betrayal comes to light, Teagan must decide whether to embrace her new life and let go of her past once and for all, or fight for her dream life with the only man she’s ever wanted.

5 Emotional, Heartbreaking and Touching Stars

What an emotional journey LA Fiore entrances you with A Glimpse of the Dream.

A story of friendship, love, tragedy, betrayal, hatred, loss, forgiveness and second chances.

What I loved the most about this story is how Tegan and Kane found their way back to each other. Tegan’s persistence in fighting for what she believed in. Love, soul wrenching, heart-warming love, that she never let go of. It takes some time, but true love will always find a way.

"Don't pretend you don't want me with you. You built our home. I'm not giving up, Kane. I'm not ever going to give up on us."

L.A. Fiore is exceptional at telling a story. Especially one that will leave you feeling all sorts of things. I love a story that can play with my emotions and connect me to the characters.

She slowly builds up the journey that Tegan and Kane were destined for. The way she inter-weaved their lives as children, their friendship and companionship to their love and commitment to one another. At first I wasn’t sure how such young children could be so connected to each other. But reading on, and watching the story build and the characters grow was really quite stunning.

LA Fiore drew me in and kept me intrigued and hooked through this whole story. I loved watching them both grow through their journey. I cried with them, I laughed with them.

It really was a beautiful story filled with good and bad, love and tragedy and a journey of two soul mates that were always destined to be together – no matter what held them apart.

This story is full of everything. LA Fiore will leave your emotions in turmoil. The hurt, heartache, passion and ferocity of both Tegan and Kane as adults is just beautiful.

Sometimes you need to set things free to have them come back to you - true love will always find a way.
